Refund Policy

Overview

At Agencify, we want you to be completely satisfied with our platform. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features, no payment required. This policy outlines how we handle refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments for our subscription plans.

Free trial

Your 14-day trial starts when you select a plan. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, your account will be downgraded unless you choose to subscribe. You will never be charged without explicitly subscribing to a paid plan.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in your current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation is processed through Paddle, our payment provider.

Refund eligibility

We offer full refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with Agencify, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription start date.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or billed after cancellation, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
  • Service unavailability: If Agencify experiences extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) that materially impacts your ability to use the platform, you may request a prorated refund or account credit for the affected period.

Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees beyond the 14-day money-back guarantee period.
  • Partial billing periods after voluntary cancellation.
  • Add-on purchases or one-time service fees, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at slobodan@2m-webstudio.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address.
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • The date and amount of the charge in question.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds will be issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Plan downgrades

If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued for the difference between plan tiers during an active billing period.
